My sensor for my oil kept coming on so I went by and asked the service department to check my oil. Grant at the front went out and checked my oil level. Told me that the oil was at the very tip of my dip stick. The quickest they could get me in for an oil change was the next week. I asked him if I would be ok until then or did I need to put oil in. He said no. The very next day the sensor went off again. My husband checked my oil and i didn’t have any. So Grant wasn’t honest about my oil or try to help me. When I came the next week to get my oil changed the service was terrible and the mechanic left all the trash in my car and left grease on my center console and steering wheel.

I always appreciate the work that my dealership preforms on my vehicle. They make sure the oil is changed, the tires are rotated that everything works perfectly in my car and if anything needs attention I am made aware. You had a service engine light on which took some time to diagnose. We determined based on the code that you need to replace your thermostat. When I Ari rd at the dealership on Fri 3/7/25, I walked the parking lot for about 10 mins trying to see if a vehicle caught my attention. After being out for that time, a salesman should have greeted or at least acknowledged me. But this did not happen, not sure if was bcs of my race or what. Moving on, I walked inside the dealership and stood at the desk for someone to provide a salesperson that could assist me. I finally walked up to a Caucasian salesman and ask was a salesman available to assist me. He said , “Ma’am hold on I will go get someone to help me.” He brought back Mr. D. Burns, which was excellent. He apologized for my wait and impression. Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle but this dealership has poor customer service towards People of Color. I had a coworker that purchased a vehicle the same day, and her husband and her had a bad experience as well. We agreed on the customer service towards African Americans.

My service guy was very nice and polite. When I used to get my oil changed, they normally tell me of the things that need done to my truck. Two days later after getting my oil changed, I noticed that the dash board said I need an oil change and I had 0 oil. So I don’t think they reset it. I was told they will do a check on my truck, but the only thing it said that no rotating of tires because uneven thread. They used to seem as they really cared about what they did to your car/truck. Now it’s more of we did it, pay and go

Mr. Moore is an excellent Salesman. He went above and beyond assisting us with purchasing a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable of vehicles of our interest. Also, we told him what price range we wanted to be in and we ended up purchasing a vehicle at a good price. He provided details about the ins and outs of the vehicle, and operating the dashboard. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Our only problem was the discourteouness of other staff persons there. We weren't even greeted. They didn't make us feel welcome. My husband spoke with the GM about this but nothing appears to have changed. These guys could benefit from customer service training. I don't think it is realized that customers whether their customer or someone else's, keep the business going.

Thank you for serving my vehicle. However, the last few times when I brought my vehicle in for service, I have experienced a couple of your service technicians unwilling to service certain customers. These technicians will sit at their desk and total ignore a customer waiting by not bothering to look up and acknowledge the customer. I have also noticed some picking up the telephone making a call and even walking away from their desk. Please encourage your service technicians to not be so obvious with their unwillingness to service customers.

When I set the appointment, I was quoted $129.95 for the oil change on my 2019 Corvette Gran Sport however when checking out the same “Advisor” who gave quote and booked the appointment informed me the total was $170.47. I inquired if any additional work or services were preformed that would have generated the additional charge and was told no. No explanation was offered as to the additional charge. In addition to this I booked this 1:00 PM appointment almost a week in advance yet they seemed to have “overbooked” as I had a lengthy wait.

Grant, was extremely nice. Only problem was he quoted me a price for the sensor’s was between $50 to $60 and to put them on was around $30. When I called to see the status of my car almost 5 hours later, he told me he misquoted the sensors and they were $106 a sensor and labor was &143 and hour. Grant did give me $75 off the labor. My bill was still over double the original quote. I has my car at the dealership at 8:30 and I did not get back until after 6:00 pm. This was suppose to be a 2 hour job. I believe the dealership needs to hire more customer service and mechanics. It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment. Grant was extremely swamped with customers and the mechanic was trying to work on multiple vehicles.

Brought truck in because of emissions problems. Stated this to service advisor. Looked at the 1st of ten codes. Stated that MAF sensor needed replacing. I had replaced MAF sensor less than a week earlier but went ahead and bought another one and installed ( wasn't going to pay $340.00 to dealership for a 5 minute job) and this made no difference. Had to reschedule to have truck reevaluated. Service advisor did not call me when diagnosis was made, after waiting 1 1/2 days seeing my truck not move , I finally called and was told the diagnosis. I had made this appointment 3 weeks in advance to assure minimum downtime. When I made the next appointment, it was again a 3 week wait so I have been without being able to pull anything with my truck for over 2 months. This is a truck that I work out of 6-7 days a week and this has caused a serious financial hardship. Got Truck back in on may 1 and 1 week later it was diagnosed with a hole in the up pipe. Fixed that problem , within an hour check engine light was back on and now transmission has failed. I'm told a minimum of 2 weeks before I can possibly expect this repair to be performed. I would expect much more out of a $90,000 truck. Also , bought truck in Oct 2022 , did not have parking sensors, heated and cooled seats, or heated steering wheel. After a year , finally got the seats and parking sensors done but still waiting on heated steering wheel and now tailgate button recall. Hopefully this will be done while waiting for transmission repair. Note : Second trip , while still not fixed , service advisor and general manager have been much more attentive to my issues.

Let me start with, we live 7 hours away from your dealership. We had been talking about a truck with one of your salespeople, and not once was it mentioned to us that this was a long box as opposed to a standard box. We did not realize that until we drove 7 hours and saw the truck in person. No mention anywhere on the website or window sticker. Okay, we could probably chalk that up to GM, not the dealership but it did leave us with having to decide if we were okay with that or not or if we just drove 7 hours one way for nothing. We decided to move forward with the pickup, and when we left for the day and drove it off of the lot we had no sound. No problem, right - likely just a setting. About 20 miles later we decided to pull over because even the blinker wasn’t making a noise. (Apparently this is a known issue - well documented across the Internet, however we were unaware at the time - but my guess is GMC Dealerships are aware of the issue). We called the salesperson that had helped us that day (our original salesperson was off the day we could get to the dealership) and he had us try a couple of things and then suggested we could bring it back on Monday, but that most people had already left for the day at that time. Bring it back on Monday - from 7 hours away. So basically we got to drive back 7 hours with no radio, no GPS (the map worked, but no voice commands/notifications. We got home around midnight. That was last weekend, and not a single person from the dealership reached out to us. Not to ‘thank us for our business’, not to see if the issues from the day we drove it off the lot were resolved or if they could help in any way, nothing. I decided to call in at the end of the week and talk to someone, but I can say this - it certainly feels like you got our money and that is really all that mattered. We just bought a $70k truck from your dealership, and until I called you no one there would have known if our issues were resolved or not. That is the service we received. The person I did speak to did ask and offer to call dealerships local to me to help, but by that point I had resolved the issue myself. That was at least something, but a bit too little, a bit too late. Your dealership may be an excellent option for people that are local, but for someone like us who were just searching for a specific truck and are fairly far away - probably not so much. From our point of view, our business was not valued or appreciated.

Mr. Severson, Please accept our apologies that you feel in any way that you were misled. I personally discussed with the management team to find out the sequence of events and was told the following: You contacted Brent in the BDC on May 3, stating that the truck is exactly what he was looking for to tow his camper. Customer stated that he was six hours away and wanted a copy of the window sticker and a video of the truck. Jack sent him a copy of the window sticker, a video and some pictures. Jack was scheduled off Saturday when Mr. Severson wanted to pick it up. He asked Trey to help him demo and deliver the vehicle that Saturday. Trey worked with Scott to help the customer. They actually left and then came back to buy it. After the customer left at some point the radio/sound went out in the vehicle. Trey told the customer that we would be glad to help them with the vehicle but being 7 hours away it may be easier to get the local Chevy store to assist. Jack followed up on Tuesday and the sales manager talked to Mr. Severson on Friday. Again, our apologies if you feel in any way that you were misled as that is certainly never our intent. I only went in for a tire rotation and balance and the multi point inspection. My appointment was at 10 a.m. After waiting for three hours, I finally asked what is taking so long. The guy stated that they only one person that works on EV's and that he's now at lunch, so he couldn't tell how much longer it would be. After, waiting another 15 minutes, I told them that I would just come back when it's ready. This guy proceeds to tell me, did you know you had two recalls? Mind you, no one told me any of this in the beginning. The customer service here is poor. Do better and communicate with your customers. Let them know if it's going to be several hours and when they have additional issues. I was highly disappointed.

my canyon has an intermittent vibration in the right front for some reason. I don't know if it is the wheel, the tire, the suspension or something else. We have taken our car in for service 4-5 times since we purchased it around 2 years ago. EVERY time we pick it up there has been a grease foot print on the light colored carpeted floor mats. we have reported this at least 3 out of the 4-5 times since we try to give the benefit of the doubt in understanding mistakes happen....but this is no mistake..it is a trend from either no oversight, not caring or plain disrespect for others property. if the car was not under warranty I would NEVER have service provided at this dealership ever again.

The level of communication and service at this dealership is completely unacceptable. While I understand that part delays may be out of their control, there is no excuse for the lack of updates, ignored phone calls, and overall poor communication. In a situation this significant, being left in the dark is frustrating, costly, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, my sales agent showed zero accountability—completely blew me off and never followed up. This is the second time I’ve dealt with the exact same issues, which clearly points to a pattern of neglect and poor customer service. At this point, it seems this is just how this dealership operates.

Jackie was a nice guy, but the whole experience felt shady. You didn't have the vehicle you advertised. The one I test drove miraculously had 100 less miles of range on the day I bought it. There was no clear disclosure on bank terms just the one that was "best." Best probably for Prince. Since then I've heard nothing but bad things about the service department from friends and I dread having to deal with them at any point in the future. Jack was a nice guy, but I will not return if the service department expectations turn out to be true. I'm already disappointed in many other things.

First of all let me say the experience was awesome. In the past, I have had bad experiences with some car lots and car salesmen running the same ole pressure routine that is truly aggressive, aggravating, and even condescending at times. I am the type of person who likes to get straight to business and skip all the gimmicks and formalities (either I can get it or I can’t, no harm done either way) But I must say that that was not the case this time. Mr Blair Stone was a nice change of pace. He was very professional and knowledgeable, but also personable. It truly helps to have a sales person who understands what you want, actually listens, and follows through with making sure you are satisfied. Definitely need more salesmen like Mr Stone. I am very thankful for the effort and help the sales and finance managers gave me, but I must admit that Mr Stone’s efforts and reassurances were what kept me there willing to wait a little longer I definitely plan to return the first of the year to buy my daughter a car and know exactly where to go now and who to speak to. AWESOME JOB.. THANK YOU ALL!

Nothing was fixed..Gm update didnt work to solve the issue but the dealership is looking into it by contacting GM engineers.Also had another issue which wasnt addressed (bulletin 19-na-129)..why i dont know..they had the truck 8 hrs...Other then that the staff advisors were great!!! Hopefully they will get it fixed....

Well I took my truck on Monday from 8-6 pm. They ran some tests and reset my Nox sensor faults on my Chevy Duramax 6.6 Highway Country. It come back on Wednesday afternoon when I got into drive it up town . I took it straight to the dealership and arrived around 2 pm . I tried to call today and see if they made any progress on the situation. Every time I called (5x) I was put on hold and no one ever answered. It would nice to get an update since I haven’t been able to drive it due to the code warning since I purchased it the first week of October. Poor communication !

I got an email from Onstar that one of my battery cell's was bad and I should go to the dealer and have it checked out. Called my local dealer (Prince Chevrolet in Albany GA) and spoke with service representative Terry Moore and he said to bring the truck down to have it checked out. I did so, and he performed an electrical test that showed an anomaly and a code that wasn't correct. He said he had to wait to get it on the larger test machine to perform more in-depth test and asked if I could leave the truck. I didn't have a ride, so he took me home in his personal vehicle while they worked on the truck. Came and got me later and turned out the battery was good, however, there was a software/firmware update needed that would take the better part of a day. Terry made me an appointment and I will follow through on that to get the upgrade done. It was a pleasure working with a true professional, and I appreciate the outstanding service very much. Much appreciate Terry Moore taking care of me in such a professional manner with a sense of urgency!

The following day, Grant contacted me and stated that the issue had been corrected and my vehicle was ready for pick up. I'm very pleased with the service and Grant keeping me informed.

I made an appointment two weeks in advance to install side steps on my Acadia. I was not told how much it would be. $400 plus is too much for the job! Also, it took 8 and 1/2 hours to get the job done! I was not notified of the delay until I returned 6 hours later wondering what was wrong! The service agent was rude when I asked why! He did later kind of apologize to me. Sales without service is bad! You need to work on your advisors and your people who work in the shop!

Got a car from yall and paid alot of money for it, been having trouble with it since I left there then nobody wants to talk to you after you do the paperwork . They charge you $200 just to look at the car to see what the problem was then they want you to pay for it when I was like that when you bought it ,they will not even try to make it right or even talk about it . I will not recommend them to anybody with all the attitudes there . Only nice person was the lady that does all the paper work on the car she was extremely nice and she did try to help me but everybody else was rude and had a attitude . They do not care about the customers at all once they drive off the lot . I will not take my car to the service center there ever again 😑

My overall rating would have been higher if the communication had been better during the 52 days my truck was in for repair. I understand the delay was due to backordered parts, which was outside the dealership’s control, but more frequent updates would have greatly improved the experience. Took 2 hours for a repair to be completed. That was bad enough, but what was worst is I had to wait another 2 hours for GMC to process some paperwork. It takes forever to get a vehicle in for repair, then has to wait at the shop forever.
